报告题目：60周年校庆报告暨可信计算论坛：蛋白质相互作用网络检测的新算法

报告人简介：主讲人系新加坡国立大学计算机系梁汉槐(Leong Hon Wai)教授。梁教授早年学习数学，1986年在美国Urbana伊利诺斯大学计算机科学博士毕业后，长期从事计算机算法与集成电路、物流管理等领域的应用软件开发，曾多次担任新加坡信息奥林匹克代表团领队，近年在大规模生物信息数据的处理方面有重要工作。下面是他本次报告的摘要。

报告内容简介：Protein complexes are important for investigating cell functions. In recent years, large-scale experiments and data integration have produced large protein-protein interaction (PPI) networks. In this talk, we present algorithmic methods for analysis of PPI networks in order to detect protein complexes. We first give a quick survey of existing methods and discuss some of the challenges associated in silico methods for complex detection from PPI networks. (This is joint work with Sriganesh Srihari).
